Job Summary
Communication Hub: Handling and routing incoming/outgoing correspondence (phone calls, emails, mail) and greeting visitors.
Schedule Management: Organizing, scheduling, and coordinating appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff or management.
Documentation & Filing: Preparing, editing, and distributing documents, reports, and presentations; developing and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
Office Logistics: Booking travel arrangements, managing office supplies and inventory, and coordinating office equipment maintenance.
Support: Performing essential clerical duties like data entry, compiling information, and assisting with special projects or report preparation.
